Banquine and Colonne (3MH) with Guillaume Sendron (Cie. xy)

Guillaume Sendron is a french artist and acrobat who works as a professional since many years. After studying sports he went to „Centre des Arts du Cirque de Lomme“ in Lille, to become a circus artist. Since 2006 he worked and toured with different companies such as Company Avis de Tempête, Cirque Zanzibar, Companie XY and T1J (théâtre d'un jour).
He has a lot of passion for his work and loves to share his knowledge and experience in teaching.

The training will be about acrobatic bases and collective practice. Colonne (3MH) and Banquine.
We will work on exercices to be more autonome in our acrobatic practice, and give little artistic hints.
First It will be important to understand the little things in anatomy, biomechanics and the energy of the body to be quicker in doing advanced acrobatic tricks.


Pre-requisits:

- Hand to Hand
- experience in backwards salto

Desire to discover, be open, the more acrobatic skills you have the better!
