Fresh from recent performances with No Fit State and other international circus companies, Jess O’Connor is back in her hometown of Limerick to teach an amazing weekend of aerial awesomeness!

Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th May 2018

OPEN TO ALL LEVELS
Come run away with the circus for a weekend of fun and frolics! Sliding down silks, spinning in hoops, swinging from ropes and swaying on trapezes!

These workshops are accessible and inclusive of all ages (16+) and abilities. Attendees will learn a variety of foundation skills on each apparatus as well as receiving guidance in how to develop those skills into their own repertoire. The main focus is an introduction (or refresher) of the basics in a safe, fun and friendly environment.

*******Aerial Rope Masterclass******
Saturday 26th May 2018
2pm-5pm

This workshop is suitable for intermediate and advanced level students (aged 16+). There are some prerequisites to this class, you must be able to climb comfortably and confidently, invert and know basic locks like foot lock and hip lock.

******Aerial Hoop Masterclass*****
Sunday 27th May 2018
2pm-5pm

This workshop is suitable for intermediate and advanced level students (aged 16+).
There are some prerequisites to this class, you must be able to mount & dismount the hoop comfortably and confidently, invert and be comfortable in a hox (hanging by your knees).
