Level: Level 2 By invitation only. You need to have done at least one year of a level 1 aerial class and meet the following prerequisites: Figure 8 footlocks, french climb, russian climb, tuck to ball/candle/birds’ nest, side inversion hook, 3 center straddle inversions consecutively and 1 pull up.
Description: Aerial Rope is a vertical apparatus also called Corde Lisse. In this 6 week class, you will learn to execute foundational aerial skills on rope (can be transferred to the silks too). It will allow you to deepen your spatial awareness in the air, keeping a strong emphasis on physical conditioning.
