Aerial Ring Workshops - Performing Arts Events - StageLync
INTRO TO AERIAL RINGS w/ Sophie Kaufman
Explore a new apparatus that is a classic traditional circus act with a new twist (called 'Roman rings', they were made famous by Dolly Jacobs)!

Aerial students will learn ways to find familiar shapes below, on, and above the rings. We will explore ways to bring your current aerial practice to a new apparatus, weaving sequences as we go. Discover how versatile rings are—we will draw on moves from silks, trapeze, hoop, and straps!

PREREQS: Must be able to invert and come to sitting on a trapeze or hoop without guidance and sit up straight in a least a 90-degree straddle position. Ages 16+.

WHEN: Feb. 25 from 2-5 pm

WHERE: Trapezium
10 Town Crier Dr
Brattleboro, VT 05301

COST: $65
