Participants will learn introductory positions and movements on the 'corde lisse' (rope), one of the most simple and beautiful pieces of circus aerial arts equipment. Increasing core strength and flexibility, this workshop is not for the faint-hearted, but participants will feel a huge sense of achievement and well-being as well as having been challenged creatively.
