Aerial Intensive 3-Day Workshop ^expired

We are kicking off 2024 with our first 3-day Aerial Intensive workshop.
Get ready for an amazing weekend of training, from 2-4 Feb.

Our aerial intensives tend to have a great mix of participants with various skills levels. It is very inspiring to see everyone go beyond their limitations and empower each other throughout the challenges presented to them over these three days of training.

The 3-day Aerial Intensive workshop focuses on:
- Skill development and creative play on silks, trapeze and lyra
- Partner work
- Strength and flexibility
- Hula hoops and handstands for fun and fitness
- Exploring movement for new ways of moving and act creation

Be prepared to leave your comfort zone as we explore the infinite possibilities.

Train on:
- Silks
- Rope
- Trapeze
- Lyra

Participants are also welcome to self-train on spiral, teardrop, and tumble track.

Additionally, we will spend a portion of the last day preparing a beautiful photoshoot of each participant, to take away – this usually becomes the favourite and most fun part of our Intensive workshop for a majority of our Aerialists!!!
