Aerial Hoop Masterclass with Genevieve Bessette - In Rotation - Performing Arts Events - StageLync
This masterclass, aimed at circus performers at intermediate to advanced level, explores the centrifugal force in the aerial hoop and gives a better understanding of the mechanisms of movement in order to generate a dynamic of rotation. It also helps understand the biomechanics of the body in order to identify, develop, integrate and structure sequences of rotational movements.

The participants will use exercises that bring awareness of the body's posture and control in relation to the centrifugal force and the aerial hoop when they initiate and maintain rotational movements.
