Aerial Hoop and Flexibility Workshops ^expired Free

Trained from a young age in ballet, making a smooth transition into contemporary dance and then aerial, Kathleen Doherty has toured extensively; Korea, Hong Kong, Europe and the USA with various companies including Dance Theatre of Ireland and Fidget Feet Aerial Dance Company.

Kathleen’s background in dance shapes its own style in the air, blending graceful flow and flexibility with the strength and fearlessness of the aerial arts. Her true love is aerial hoop. The calm is always present in the storm of the spin. She offers performances in silks, dance and an assortment of the aerial artforms. Each performance
is custom tailored to the needs of the event. Previous clients include Google, Mercedes-Benz and Guinness.

Kathleen also loves movement, technique and understanding how each individual can access their full range of motion within dance and the aerial arts. This research has created opportunities to lead workshops across Europe, teach regular classes in various studios and also develop an innovative and popular online flexibility program via Skype.
