Take your aerial practices to new heights with a Silks at Height Workshop!

Reed Byg will be back to share her experiences as an adventure aerialist. Participants will practice silks safely suspended in the air. Learn how to manage and move through the silks while high above the ground.

No prior silks at height experience required, but participants must have had experience on aerial silks.

Please wear comfy clothes that you can move freely in and without anything that may snag on the fabric (zippers, jewelry, etc). Leggings and a t-shirt that can be tucked in are recommended. Hair ties are encouraged for those with longer hair.
