Aerial Silks & Rope Weekend Intensive – All Ages

Push your limits and elevate your aerial game in this high-energy, two-day intensive at De Leon Dynamics! Led by Victor and Nicole Flores, renowned for their expertise in dynamic movement, this workshop focuses on release moves and power-packed skills like full pirouettes, J-flips, straddle cut catches, and more.

Prerequisites: Participants must have a solid straight-arm invert and pull-up, and feel comfortable swinging by their hands.

Aerial Straps Weekend Intensive – All Ages

Develop strength, control, and precision in this two-day aerial straps intensive at De Leon Dynamics! This workshop focuses on refining technique and mastering key progressions for straps skills, such as spinning, flare to flags, switches, dislocates, inlocates, Delchevs, and roll-ups.

Prerequisites: Participants must have a solid straight-arm invert, be able to do a pull-up, and feel comfortable swinging by their hands.
