ADULT INTRO TO STILTS
In this 4-week class, adult students will learn the basics of Stilt Walking. Once those basics are solid, then students will be taught how to grow their repertoire of movements possible in a safe and supportive environment. Classes are 2 hours long. Please Bring: - clothing you can move and stretch in - shoes with hard soles (hiking boots are awesome for this) - a water bottle - wrist guards DETAILS: Fee = $120 plus GST Dates = March 4, 11, 18, 25 Time = 7:15-9:15 Coach = Jenny
