Actors Gym Presents Summer Salon 2021 ^expired

Join us in celebrating our 25th year at a magical evening under the stars in Tallmadge Park. It will be a night of music, performances, nibbles, and libations.

For 25 years, Actors Gym has a brought new physicality to the American Theatre, through developing physical performers and encouraging ground-breaking theatrical exploration.

Our Summer Salon is an update on the French concept of salons, which traditionally brought together people from different backgrounds and perspectives to create collision space for ideas and conversation.

We’re using this concept as a jumping off point for an event that builds community and re-centers our organization on our values and mission.

The evening will include a series of circus acts curated by our Artistic Director, Sylvia Hernandez-DiStasi, to feature performers from a cross-section of our programming. And beyond this, it’s a party: Fun for the whole family and open to all!
