In this training, we comprehensively explore the creative potential of aerial hammock for yoga, as well as diving into anatomy, teaching tools, interesting sequencing techniques, a yoga philosophy overview and some tips for integrating positive psychology into your classes.

What differentiates our aerial training is our emphasis on creativity and fun. Yes, we do give you a manual with all the asana, and thoroughly break down instruction and alignment, but we also teach tools for you to be able to create on your own, beyond the training.
As one of our students so beautifully put it, we teach you how to build the box, then we give you the tools to break it apart rebuild it into your own creation.
