My strong points of work's directions:
Creative Producer - guiding and management the creative aspects of a production, overseeing projects from initial concept to completion. Initial development of ideas, shaping storylines, and defining the overall tone and style of a production. Hiring selecting key personnel, including directors, choreographers, screenwriters, actors, and provide guidance throughout the creative process. Closely work with various executive teams and specialists to realize the project's vision. Overseeing the final stages of production, ensuring the project is polished and ready for release.
Artistic Director - responsible for the overall artistic vision and direction of show and theatrical projects. Oversee the creative aspects of the theatre's productions, manage artists, and shape the theatre's or projects identity. Develop and implementing artistic vision identity and ensures that all productions align with that vision. Overseeing of all aspects of production, ensuring that the artistic quality of each show meets the theatre's standards. Collaborate with various staff members, including general managers, marketing teams, and development departments.
Staging Director - overseeing and orchestrate the entire productions of a theatrical performance, stagings spectacular shows. Interpreting the script, envisioning the production's overall concept, and guiding all aspects of the performance, from acting and staging to design elements like sets, costumes, and lighting. Working closely with set, costume, lighting, and sound designers to create a unified visual and auditory landscape for the production. Overseeing all technical and performance elements to ensure a unified and impactful presentation.
Scriptwriter - developing the storyline and translate creative ideas into a format suitable for production. Understanding audience and considering the target audience when developing and writing scripts. Crafting the narrative, characters, and dialogue for spectacular shows, grand events, various media, including films, television shows, video games, and online content. Writing the actual screenplay, including dialogue and scene descriptions. Adapting novels, plays, or other works into scripts. Revising and editing scripts based on feedback and production needs. Collaborating with other staffs of the creative production teams.
Directing and Drama Coach - guiding and developing the individual's skills and performance within the specific genre, direction and context of directing. Helping for directors improve their craft, develop their vision, and enhance their leadership skills. Training performers, primarily in acting, by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills, prepare for auditions, and develop their craft. Personalise coaching to help actors improve their performances, build confidence, and achieve their goals in the theatre, film, and television industries. Helping for actors prepare for auditions by selecting appropriate material, developing compelling performances, and managing nerves. Participating in group settings of workshops and seminars to learn new techniques and best practices.
