Victoria Chatziargyriou

My name is Victoria. I am half Greek, half Argentinian, living currently in Greece. The last 3 years I have been working as an aerial acrobatic teacher, mostly teaching aerial silks and aerial rope.

In 2019 my sister and me founded the cultural center "Catgang", based in a small neighboorgood in Athens, where we organise classes of aerial silks for begginer and intermediate students of all ages. "Catgang" is working as a collective, where we are 5 girls- teachers, giving classes from the field of circus, yoga and dancing.

My main expereince and interest is motivating begginers and introducing them into the circus world. Since I come from Greece, we don't have any professional schools, but on the contrary we have a huge tradition in small scale circus schools, where is actually the place I also gained my experience. Additionally I follow seminars like:

I have also participatted in few performances, mostly locally based in Athnes. I also had the opportunity to participate in the tv show "Dancingg with the stars- Greece", where I performed a 2 minutes aerial dance.
