Started juggling from 11 years old, 27 years to now. He graduated from the "Arc En Cirque" Circus School the "LIDO" Circus School in France. Just after he became the apprentice of the renowed French father of the contemporary juggling in Europe "Jerôme Thomas", created and began a famous tour with the masterpiece "Cirque Lili". In addition to the circus, he also received professional contemporary dance training at the "Centre de Developpement Chorégraphique" in Toulouse, France, and experiment in a field of dance-theater with writer/dancer M. Verdou from 1998 to 2002. From 2000 to 2002, he followed the dance of Hervé Diasnas (Présence Mobilité Danse).
Between 2005 and 2018, Valentin traveled to various Asian countries and settled life in Taiwan. When he met Japan, he met Japanese master Okamoto Yoshihiro, was deeply inspired by her aesthetics and added the oriental elements of his performance style. During this time in Taiwan, he gradually developed several personal works "Faces", "Women & Monkeys", "Five Hands, Eight Planets and Memories, "DELIVRÆNCE 9", etc., and were widely invited to perform. He also often cooperates with dance and theater groups, such as Taipei Cross-border Dance Company, Shakespeare's Sisters' group, the Riverbed Theater group, etc., and has served as a contemporary Circus teacher at the Taiwan Opera School, as consultant at the Kaohsiung Weiwuying Circus Platform, and as artist resident performance artist of the Huashan 1914 Cultural and Creative Industry Park. Over the years, he have brought influence and transformation to Taiwan's circus performances. During his stay in Taiwan, he earnestly studied the Qigong Hao Yuan Xian Zong, and gained recognition with his talents and efforts. He was allowed to return to France to continue his inheritance.
After returning to France, he still maintained contact with Taiwan. In addition to continuing the development of THUNAR CIRCUS and exploring the possibility of cooperation between Europe and Taiwan circus, he still returned in Asia to perform. He is currently teacher at the Arc En Cirque Circus School, teaching creativity in physical performance, juggling technique, movement and Qigong. He is actively participating in the contemporary circus field of the French Culture and in the private sector, creating as well with a personal and creative group THE UNITED ARTISTS (beginning in 2005).
