Triz stars her studies in Theatre in Cuarta Pared, followed by a workshop in Teatro Asura with Carmen García Lorca on clown. Triz keeps on studing in EMAD (Municipal School of Dramatic Art) with teachers as Nacho Bilbao or Virginia Sánchez. Nowadays keeps learning in ECE (School for Scenic Creation), where she’s been studing for four years yet, as actress and director with teachers as Óscar Miranda, Paloma Sánchez, Ándres del Bosque or Begoña Frutos, between others. In parallel she has been learning with Willl Keen on “Workshop on acting-Shakespeare” (2015), Mey-Ling Bisogno on “Intensive workshop on coreographic creation” (2017), Aitana Cordero on “Ode to the accessible body”(2017), Pancho López on “Videoperformance” (2018) and Óscar Miranda and Isabel Sánchez in the workshops focused on the training on ViewPoints (2018-2019). In december 2018 she was part of the workshop “Information vs Memory” with Épica Foundation - La Fura Dels Baus (Barcelona). During 2018 Triz studied “Production and Distribution of Scenic Arts” with Elena Martínez (producer at Teatro de la Abadía and Teatros del Canal).In summer 2019 she takes part on the workshops of Kenith Hennessy “Shamanic Improvisation Potential “ and Mary Overlie “The Six ViewPoints“, in Vienne at Impulstanz Festival.
Triz, in physical formation, studied eight years of classical ballet and five years of urban dance (hip-hop, funky) in the dance studio Esther Cañizares. Triz learned for three years musical theater and contemporary dance with Paloma Sánchez and in Flow Dance Studio. Since she is been part of ECE she has been training psychopysically on Yoga, Tai chi and Kalaripayattu.
Triz learns musical language and piano in the studios Arcos, Maese Pedro and El Molino. With teachers Lola Barroso and Beatriz Juarro, playing at “La Fídula Jazz Club”.
As actress takes part in the pieces “La Dama Boba”, “Día D a la hora X” or “Relatos en Blanco y Negro” presented at “Expreso Festival of Sort Scenic Creation” (2016). Works in ECE Company on Arthur Miller’s “ A view from the bridge” (2018) and Lope de Vega’s “La noche de San Juan” (2019) both directed by Óscar Miranda. In audiovisual debuts in the shortfilm by Gustavo Vallecas “La Noche de Todos los Santos” (2016) and in the publicity series of La Vaguada “Si lo que no pase aquí..” (2017).
As creator developes Ejercicio 1 (2017), Ejercio 2 (2018) and Ejercicio 3 (2019). Nowadays participates as dancer and performer for Paloma Sánchez in “La sed”.
