Taiwan Street Arts and Culture Development Association

Taiwan Street Arts and Culture Development Association (Str.ACD) is a non-profit organization officially founded in 2018. Though it is newly founded, we have been working together since 2017. It is originated from a group of street performers who are willing to improve ourselves and promote street arts. Our main purpose is to bring better works on streets. We believe street arts are the easiest way for the public to know arts – so it is also the most profound way.

StrACD also acts as a bridge between the government, professionals and performers. We aim to improve the regulations for street performances and to build a learning system for “becoming a street performer.” Through participating talks/conferences about relative topics, we are making more connections with the government and other professionals in Taiwan as well as overseas.
