BIO RESUME
Silvia, born in Caracas, Venezuela, graduated from Mayré Martínez Singing Academy at age of 15, courses in Berklee Music Online and music and singing academies in Caracas like “Escuela Itinerante de la Música”, “CICA acting school”, musical theater with Andrea de Sousa. In Mexico City got a scholarship for song writing in “TC SACM”, singing workshops and clases with Severine Parent.
She joined Mayré Martínez as a backup singer opening for Marc Anthony in Caracas (2006). In 2007, participates in Latin American Idol, wining the 5th place as finalist, among thousands of singers from all Latin America. After this, she takes part in the “Solidary concert” in El Salvador and a tour in Guatemala as Latin American Idol finalist. In 2012, she becomes a backup singer for mexican artist, Edith Márquez in her tour through México and starts co-writing a solo project with Manu Moreno. In 2013 starts to be lead singer and composer for QN, a Pop Fusion duo based Venezuela and then Mexico City. In 2018 she sings with Kapsula in the “Lunario del Auditorio Nacional” in México City. She sings in several cover bands and is also a teacher and vocal coach and plaid as a backup singer with “Samo” and the musical “Myst” in Mexico City
