The Rwenzori circus troupe hails from the plains of the Rwenzori mountains in Uganda also neighboring Queen Elizabeth National park was founded in 2005 by a group of youth due to tribal clashes that were going on by then in the region.
The youth from different tribes who some of them were school drop outs due to lack of school fees and some had lost their parents during the violence then united to end the conflicts through circus arts.
The Rwenzori circus troupe has managed to perform all over East Africa,
Germany and Israel over the years.
We do a lot of professional circus acts from fire shows,juggling,comedy, formation of human pyramids,tumbling,wire walking,hand balancing acts and many more.Our shows are fast paced and usually played with African
cultural music.

Management
The Rwenzori Circus troupe was founded by Mugyenyi Kenneth who was
a fellow youth and currently Coordinating all the activities of the team.
Matiya Mulumba is the trainer and has been with the team since its
inception.
