Rachel Nesnevich

Rachel Nesnevich is an aerialist, hula hooper, dancer, and lifelong performer. She has toured both internationally and across the United States, and is based in Chicago, IL. She is currently a cast member in Brave Space directed by Shayna Swanson of Aloft Circus Arts, and has had the honor of performing at the Montréal Complètement Cirque, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Circusstad Festival, Cirkl Fest, and more.

Rachel began her dance training at four years old with recreational ballet classes and from her first recital, she couldn't stay away from the stage. She continued her dance education in her time at Oberlin College, where she was first introduced to circus. Upon graduating, Rachel had the pleasure of dancing with Aerial Dance Chicago under direction of Chloe Jensen. She is a graduate of Aloft Circus Art's Full Time Professional Training program, where she had extensive training in aerial arts and hula hoops.
