Biography

Thirty three years a clown and over 7000 performances to date,founder of Leeds Children's Circus, former member of Snapdragon Circus and was made a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts 1995, gained a Distinction in my Masters (in Cultural Theory), currently training in teaching mindfulness to children and incorporating into my clowning. Originally from New York City, now settled and married in Leeds and begining to look back as I reach sixty in the summer and realising that the Community Circus movement of the early '90's was a most remarkable time :) I spend more time writing and composing music than performing and wondering why there isn't more circus to go to!
