Lifelike & Believable Animation and https://www.animatrik.com/">Animatrik Film Design, in association with https://www.peppersghost.org/">Pepper’s Ghost New Media & Performing Arts Collective, are hosting a 3-day workshop led by Samuel Tetréault, Co-Artistic Director of https://7fingers.com/">Les 7 Doigts (The 7 Fingers), to explore the use of motion-capture, real-time computer animation & visual effects, and virtual reality technologies in a live circus performance. The workshop will take place at Animatrik’s motion capture stage in Burnaby, British Columbia from Wednesday, January 22nd to Friday, January 24th, 2020.

We are looking for experienced circus artists with proficiency in:

Hand to hand

Aerials (straps, aerial ring, aerial rope) ;

Floor acrobatics ;

Teeterboard ;

Juggling and manipulation ;

Russian bar ;

Cyr wheel ;

Chinese pole ;

Hand balancing ;

Tightwire.

Workshop participants will be paid for their time.
