I am a performer, acrobat and creator and my work is rooted in acrobatic movement and the body as a tool for expression. I hold a degree from the School of Applied Mathematical and Physical Sciences (SEMFE) at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). My movement journey began with martial arts and gradually evolved towards floor, couple and aerial acrobatics, dance and the performing arts.
Since 2010, i have been systematically practicing martial and acrobatic arts. After earning a black belt (1st dan) in Kyokushin Kai Karate, i focused primarily on acrobatic movement and the exploration of the relationship between technique, physicality, movement and expression.
I have been a student of the group ki omos ΚΙΝΕΙΤΑΙ, with which i continue to collaborate, and I have attended classes and workshops with Greek and international dancers and acrobats, including Eva Bournia, Erketi Andreodaki, Giorgos Papadopoulos, Kritonas Anastassopoulos, Taz Herlihy and Bahoz Temaux.
As a member of the acrobatic duo manofesto, I have also been involved in the creation and performance of works that combine acrobatics with contemporary dance and physical performance.
Since 2019, i have been teaching floor acrobatics in schools, companies and workshops in Athens and other Greek cities. My teaching combines technical training and physical preparation with an exploration of movement, expressiveness and the use of acrobatics as a tool for performance.
