Natsumi Paugh

I am a Japanese circus artist based in the United States, specializing in aerial arts, acrobatic pole, contortion, and artistic swimming.

I have performed internationally with

Le Rêve – The Dream by Franco Dragone,

Cirque du Soleil’s O,

The Hook by Spiegelworld (original cast),

Particle Ink: Speed of Dark(original cast),

and Quixotic.

In 2026, I was awarded the Bronze Prize and a judge's reward at the Princess Circus Festival in Russia.

My specialties include aerial pole, aerial straps, aerial loop, acrobatic pole, contortion, artistic swimming, and fire performance. I also perform aerial sling, static trapeze, aerial net, and aerial silks.

Before my circus career, I represented Japan as a member of the National Artistic Swimming Team for seven years, earning silver medals at the FINA World Cup and the Asian Games.

I enjoy creating original acts and collaborating on new productions, and I am experienced in both large-scale resident shows and contemporary theatrical performances.
