Metztli Albalat Alfaro

Born in Mexico, a graduate of the École nationale de cirque de Montréal 2026, Metztli specializes in hand balancing, with secondary training in hand-to-hand and banquine. Her approach to movement began at the age of 10 through ballet and aerial dance, and at 20, she independently began her hand balancing practice, giving rise to a physical research that she continues to develop today.

Her work moves between circus and movement, exploring creative processes and stage experiences in diverse contexts, in a constant search for new forms of expression and stage presence.
