McKayla Reece is an Asheville native. This hometown girl, influenced by gospel and the raw energy of the Smokey Mountains has established herself in country with an energetic rock edge that will absolutely get you on your feet. Over the last several years she has toured nationally having shared the stage with music icons such as The Bellamy Brothers, John Anderson, Sammy Kershaw, Aaron Tippin, Ricky Skaggs, Sam Bush, Hunter Hayes among many others.
McKayla has recently had the pleasure of recording with producer Chip Mathews in Nashville, TN and Mark Howard in Los Angeles, CA. Her latest single, “I Would’ve Left Me Too” was honored by Live Nation and Mega Country in their New Artist Spotlight and has been played internationally.
McKayla, staying true to her southern roots and humble upbringing, has served as the Ambassador for our nations Disabled American Veterans since the age of 11 and continues to serve our veterans to this day.
