I've spent 15 years building and running events that don't leave much room for error, festivals with 250,000 people through the gates daily, film festivals spanning 10 venues across a city, government galas inside historic theatres with security protocols tighter than most airports. The work has taken me from Buenos Aires to Dubai, Jeddah, the Dominican Republic, and Spain, and across formats ranging from immersive digital venues to broadcast reality TV to tier-1 brand activations.

I've been based in Dubai for two years, working across the UAE and KSA on some of the region's most prominent productions, and building the supplier networks, authority relationships, and on-the-ground knowledge that only come from being here and doing the work.
What I do well is hold complexity together. I'm equally at home in a production budget conversation with a CFO and a cue-by-cue show flow session with a technical director. I've owned budgets up to 5M AED, managed crews of 200+, and closed commercial contracts at the table alongside CEOs. The environments I gravitate toward are the ones where the margin for error is small, the stakeholder pressure is high, and someone needs to keep all the moving parts in sync.
