I'm certified as a personal coach (PTBA), hold Les Mills licenses in Bodypump, Core, and Pilates, and I'm an Acroyoga Montreal certified teacher. I'm also a certified nutritionist (PTBA), allowing me to offer comprehensive support that integrates training, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching.
