Lowana Davies is an emerging performance Artist living and working on the Gold Coast. Her growing body of work examines ideas surrounding feminism, the environment and the politics of performance. Her practice spans performance art, contemporary circus, dance and digital media.
Lowana is invested in creating social, cultural and political change through her art practice and works across a number of platforms including contemporary art, dance and circus. Her specialisations are single point trapeze and contortion contemporary dance.
