Laurence Desgagnes

Laurence is a young artist who loves big spaces and having many projects. Originally from the North Shore of Quebec, she practiced classical dance and acrobatic sports as a child, as she was unable to practice circus in her hometown. She reconnected with circus during her time at university. After completing her Master's degree in physiotherapy, she began her studies at École de cirque de Québec. She graduated in 2023 in aerial hoop with Cyr wheel and handbalancing as secondary disciplines. On her own, while at school, she also learned hula hoop and continued her practice as a physiotherapist.

Although she mainly practices solo disciplines, she loves teamwork and discovering people.
