Laura Savolainen

internationaionally working circus & varieté artist and coach, specializing in tight wire dancing and hula hoop artistry, from Finland, based in Belgium.

Laura found her way to circus at the age of 8. At Sorin Sirkus, local youth circus in Tampere, Finland she practiced the basics but also developed a deeper interest in tight wire dancing and hula hoop manipulation. Throughout the years she truly fell in love with the world of circus and decided to make it into her career. In 2021 Laura graduated from Sasak Circus Artist Education and after she continued to broaden her circus studies and further develop her unique style and approach at the University of Arts in Stockholm (formerly known as DOCH). Despite the very recent graduation in spring 2024 Laura has already gathered experience from stages all over Europe and aims constantly strengthening her expertise in order to provide the best polished quality possible.
