I began aerial dance in October of 2016 and have been completely in love with it ever since. I started my movement journey as a young child in martial arts before getting into competitive gymnastics. Eventually, I gave that up in order to train aerial at AerialWorks Castle Rock in Colorado, which I did pretty intensely until 2019 when I graduated high school. During that time, I had a lot of experience performing in student showcases which evolved into farmers markets, street fairs, outdoor events, etc.. I began teaching in November of 2017 and took two Born to Fly teacher trainings for sling in 2018. Although I also have experience teaching on silks, hoop, rope, and some trapeze with both children and adults. I taught and studied under Rebekah Leach until 2019.
Since graduating high school, I have been travelling the United States. Currently, I am focusing on improving and exploring my quality of movement and making it my own. I have grown a love for innovation and exploration in aerial. I have been a guest performer and instructor at multiple studios and plan to continue with that as the pandemic allows.
I specialize in hoop but have adequate experience in almost every apparatus and have trained contortion, ground work and flow. I love to play with taking on different personas and emotions in my movement, and I will be happy to make a custom act for whatever you require! I can also perform a pre-prepared act or do ambient work.
