Jordan Rosin (he/him) is a director/choreographer, actor/creator, and researcher/teacher, specializing in Butoh Dance and ensemble-devised physical theatre. Jordan was co-founder & Producing Artistic Director of the The Ume Group in New York City from 2011-2016 and is a frequent collaborator with Ren Gyo Soh. Past projects include the internationally award-winning shows Butoh Medea and Citizens of Nowhere, along with Butoh Electra, Isis Variations, Facet, and many more. Upcoming projects include research-in-progress presentations at the 2019 ATHE Conference and teaching circus arts for the Children’s Circus of Middletown, CT.
