Veronica Franco

I am an performer! I perform in the sky and on the ground. I was born to dance and have a talent for musicality both in the air and on the ground. I have trained in modern dance, hip hop, and contemporary; I lean towards modern dance as my favorite. It was in Olympia Washington that I began my aerial arts and circus arts journey taking an intro to aerial at Sparrow Studios in 2017. Silks and trapeze have been my go to aerial arts apparatus's ever since. I graduated from The Evergreen State College with a focus in all things Arts and Performing arts; I spent two quarters honing my skills as a performer with Individual Learning Contracts: one was focused on all things dance and healing and the other was a contract spent learning how to create an act as well as a show from behind the scenes, directing, finding venues, performers, themes, and the final overall performance. In the latter I shadowed Olympia Performer Hattie Hotpants. Hattie is a great local talent who shared her wisdom and experience with me throughout the quater as well as helped me prepare, create, a aerialesque act of my own which was performed at Airbound Arts Second Saturday Spectacular in September of 2019.
