I began rhythmic gymnastics at the age of three, developing strong flexibility, control, and body awareness. I competed at the national level throughout my high school years.
I later specialized in contemporary dance at Japan Women’s College of Physical Education, where I refined both my technique and performance quality. During my studies, I performed as a member of a dance company while earning a teaching license, gaining professional experience across stage productions and media work.
After graduating, I began working as a freelance dancer. I am a versatile performer with a strong technical foundation and adaptability, able to respond quickly to different choreographic styles and creative directions.
