Hadi Damien

I am a theatre maker with a well-rounded practice covering scenography, production, acting, communication for performance, theatre and tour management.

I am an award-winning arts and culture curator. I curated Lebanon's participation in the Jeux de la francophonie (2013 and 2017) and in the Prague Quadrennial (2015, 2019, and 2023). I have worked on festivals such as Baalbeck Festival, Byblos Festival, Beirut Chants, Beirut Street Festival and the Beirut Spring Festival as producer and general coordinator.

I also teach political communication and event production at the Saint Joseph University of Beirut and I have been a visiting lecturer at New York Law School (2019), Freie Universität Berlin (2019), Oxford Brookes University (2020), American University of Beirut (2019), Lebanese American University (2022), University of the Arts London (2024).

I also have a PR and communications company registered in France. We cover strategic communications for both the private and public sectors (government, international organizations, ministries, parliament, etc.) We have also organized events on all continents (Medellín, Guadalajara, San Diego, New York, Copenhagen, Belgrade, Turin, Lugano, Marseille, Paris, London, Newcastle, Prague, Abidjan, Agadir, Beirut, Sydney). We raised USD 4 million for a new car manufacturer, and developed concepts for TV and digital media. The PR section of the company is dedicated to the development of initiatives, which means that we operate in any sector that we find interesting.
