Gregorian Hawke loves dynamic basing -- throwing and catching people in every form. He's performed over a hundred productions of Jóse Mateo's Ballet Theater's The Nutcracker. Three student shows with Esh Circus Arts. And performed in and co-organized Acrobat Soup, an acrobatic showcase.
Growing up he split his time between ballet, cello, and accumulating eclectic hobbies. In lieu of a traditional secondary education he delved into arts administration and management which led him to finding his local circus school. Since then, Gregorian knew he had found his path and set out in search of training. After training for two years at Eastern Acrobatics and Circus with Jacob Skeffington he set out to explore the broader circus world. He traveled to Quebec City to participate in the Winter Workshop at École du Cirque du Québec. From there he traveled to Las Vegas Circus Center and trained columns and banquine with Ganjuur Boldbaatar. At the beginning of 2021 Gregorian went to Guadalajara, Mexico and trained for three months at La Fake Formación. He now finds himself on the Pro Track at San Diego Circus Center, training hand to hand, Russian Bar, and Teeterboard with Jean-Luc Martin.
