Glory Dearling

My name is Glory, and that is my real name, my parents had high hopes! I am an aerialist and actor, originally from Manhattan, New York and currently based in Toronto, Ontario. Most recently I competed on Canada’s Got Talent in the Semi Finals with my aerial troupe Trillium Entertainment. Specializing as a soloist in flying aerial net, aerial hoop and aerial silks - I am no stranger to performing at great heights. I love to fly! I am also an aerial partnering specialist and porter, with duo loops, duo trapeze, duo silks and hand to hand performances under my belt. I hope to uplift everyone around me… Literally. My childhood training in competitive figure skating and acro dance inspired my career in circus. I pursued my love of acting and storytelling with a degree in Devised Theatre from York University. I am grateful to perform yearly at international fairs, exhibitions, street festivals, and private parties around the world with The Silver Starlets – a family friendly duo comedy aerial show. I am lucky to have performed with a number of notable entertainment companies internationally. With each performance I want to leave my heart with the audience and tell a story… and hopefully live up to my name!
