Gabriela Valarezo - 25 years old, from Quito-Ecuador. Currently living in Shenzhen-China.
I started my sports career at the age of 6 at the local "Olympic Gymnastics Arena" in my home country, while at the age of 8 I entered the world of Ice Skating, this being the sport I focused in for some years, being part of numerous presentations and competitions. And becoming the beginner/intermediate Coach of the biggest Ice Skating School in Quito for 2 years.
Meanwhile, in 2013 I discovered Pole Dancing and since then I started to be part of shows and presentations and attended different workshops for pole dance and other aerial arts with national and recognized worldwide artists.
I have competed nationally and internationally in the biggest championships held for years all along South America: "Miss Pole Dance" and "Pole Championship Network", obtaining gold and silver medals in different categories.
In 2016 I obtained the "Pole Dance Instructor: Advanced-Master" Certificate, awarded by the Argentinian world vice-champion Ma. Luz Escalante in "Art Dance Studio", Buenos Aires-Argentina.
Currently, I am an instructor in pole, yoga, functional training and stretching classes. And additionally, I am a PE teacher at an International School in China.
My favorite hobbies now, rock climbing, skating and cooking!!!
