Emily’s foundation in movement and performing arts is built on dance, with over 10 years of formal training and experience under her belt. Once venturing into the world of circus, Emily focused on her training as an aerialist, with a primary emphasis on aerial straps. She trained and taught at the Arizona Circus Center, while also performing for gigs throughout Southern Arizona, until moving to San Diego in 2021 to attend the San Diego Circus Center’s preparatory program. While in the program, Emily had the opportunity to choreograph, direct, and perform in the group straps act for SDCC’s winter show "The Other Side". Additionally, Emily won 2nd place at VIVA Fest with her original solo act in the emerging professional straps category. Before graduating in May of 2022, she created a second original solo act for SDCC’s end of the year show, "Jubilee". Emily continued to train at SDCC over the summer in the Artist In Residency (AIR) program, where she choreographed and performed in the straps act for the San Diego Circus Festival's opening show, as well as showcased her newest act in the emerging pro category of the Festival.
After leaving San Diego and relocating to Las Vegas, Emily continued her straps training and expanded her focus to some ground acrobatics. In December 2023, she signed with Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show in Pigeon Forge, TN, where she performed both as an aerialist specialist and a generalist acrobat for a full season. After her season with the show, she returned to Las Vegas where she built and debuted her new aerial pole act in the local big top show "It's Happenin!". She currently resides in Vegas and is available for booking.
