I became fascinated by circus arts when I was young. My family were big fans of Cirque du Soleil, and shared their passion with me. I started to take some weekend lessons at Montreal’s national circus school. Right away, I realised my body was more flexible than average. I started doing contortion on my own. When I was 19, I joined the Quebec circus school and graduated in contortion in 2018. I also perform Cyr wheel and started to do bullwhip.
My goals are to break the conventions of the typical profile associated with contortion and defy its stereotypes. I also want to live as many circus adventures as possible! I surprise people by my long and strong body able to bend in unusual ways.
According to me, bright or dark, art is a way of expressing what can’t be explained by words only. Bring to life what might not exist. Art is the perfect escape from reality.
