- The North East Circus Development Trust/Circus Central is based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK. We exist to make participation to circus arts training more easily available to children, young people, adults and professionals. We work in partnership with the National and International circus sector to help develop opportunities for circus in the North East (and beyond).
