- From the artistic interaction between bodies and bamboos Cia Nós No Bambu is born. Its innovative poetics is the result of two lines of continuous research: 1) bamboo and its characteristics, the investigation of constructive solutions and the creation of handmade bamboo acrobatic instruments; 2) forms of scenic interaction with these instruments, focusing on dance and acrobatics. The Company's artists learn to deal with the constant challenge of adapting tact and strength to bamboo, a natural material susceptible to climatic variations. The bamboo, which inspires the company, gives rise to a sustainable art. Nós No Bambu puts it on the scene as a metaphor for a relationship of harmony and co-creation between humans and our Planet Earth.
