Christiana Rose is a multifaceted circus artist, live sound engineer, and creative technologist who avidly observes the absurdity of humanity and the world. She frequently works in sound, video, circus arts, and emerging technology--basically, anything that makes bleeps and bloops and allows you to be upside down or flying. Rose is a graduate of Oberlin College and Conservatory of Music, Dartmouth College, The Prague Film School and MOTH Contemporary Circus Center. She has performed in shows with OCircus!, Oberlin College Aerialists, MOTH, and the Acro Love Triangle featuring acts with partner acrobatics, tumbling, trapeze, rope, static cloud swing and fire-breathing. Rose has worked small to large venues running sound, lighting, and cameras for for live-streamed recording studio sessions. Currently, she is designing interactive systems for musical expression for circus artists and running live sound for bands in Colorado.
