Cascading Carlos, AKA-Carlos Mir Is a Guinness World Recorder Title Holder for the highest diabolo throw. His attempted took place on July 9, 2015, at the Holiday Inn on 66th street in Ocean City, Maryland. His record stands at 78.5 inches. He won the local Delmarva Jefferson Award for his volunteer time in the Delmarva community in 2006. He was past president of the Salisbury Wicomico Lions Club and is the Founder and President of The Children's Theater of Delmarva. Cascading Carlos is not a clown or a magician; he is a Juggler!
