Camille Echeverri

Hello, my name is Camille Echeverri!  I am a circus artist specializing in aerial hoop and loop straps. Originally from sunny Pasadena, California, I discovered my love for circus arts when a childhood crush invited me to take an aerial class when I was eight years old (he quit pretty soon, but I was hooked!). When I was thirteen, I decided to pursue my goal of becoming a circus professional and started doing everything I could to better my skills in the air.
Coming from a visual arts background, I love to use my painting skills to build foundations for my acts. My dream as a circus artist is to create art that integrates character work and aerial disciplines in a blend of storytelling and dazzling feats of strength.  I pride myself on having something for everyone - whether it's a super campy drag act or an extremely emotional story of resilience, I love to keep things interesting and show range across different performances.  I am someone who always keeps an open mind!
In 2025, I will graduate from the New England Center for Circus Arts. Although I feel more at home in the air, I also enjoy partner acrobatics, dance, drag, and burlesque.
