This project starts from the redevelopment of a disused carpentry on the outskirts of Verona, at the beginning of the Valpolicella area, where fields and hills begin to spread and the presence of cultural spaces accessible to the community begins to decrease. C3 is activated to offer the territory a different alternative. This space was inaugurated in May 2018 and it does not struggle to develop and grow thanks to the immediate presence of people who have found in this place answers to personal needs or desires. From the start C3 starts to collaborate with numerous companies in the Verona area and also in Europe, often different realities, which has contributed to characterize the versatility of this space that is still versatile today and able to adapt to the requests it receives. The space is organized in an open space with different spaces obtained.
What we mean by creation ... having a juncture of space and time in which we can rework and put out things and find their shape. Offer a free and guarded space in which to dedicate the time necessary for the birth of a work of art. Space in which there are the conditions for what is already manifested.
What we mean by production ... when you arrive at a result. The finished product. When it becomes material (a body that moves). Give a sequence that repeats itself. Reproducible.
What we mean by expression ... give the possibility to put out whatever it is, in whatever form it is, without judgment and without expecting it to become something else, for the mere gesture of putting out. Involve others in their emotional / creative process. Interaction. Facing the expression with curiosity and without expectation.
What we mean by restitution ... possibility for the artist to donate what he has produced and share it. A juncture in which the artist highlights what he has done with someone who observes and looks and perhaps someone says something, with respect to this. It is participation in the creative act.
What we mean by stimulation ... is the epidemic.
