I’m a small town Canadian girl who grew up on a farm in the middle of no where with a bunch of cows!
I’ll be honest, growing up I wasn’t great at school. It was always a huge struggle for me and I use to beat myself up about it. I’d get embarrassed when the teacher had to come sit beside me to help me with my math for the whole class. But as I got older I realized that not everyone’s good at everything but everyone’s good at something, and my something was, and still is performing.
I took classical voice lessons for twelve years from a trained professional in Saskatoon SK, and competed in various Festivals over the years. I have experience singing in many different languages such as Italian, German and French. I also have performed multiple musical theatre solo’s which I really enjoy.
Recently I’ve taken up songwriting which is my true passion. There’s nothing I love more then to be able to share my stories and life experiences through music. I play piano by ear and have done a lot of co-writing with other musicians. Lately I’ve been writing and recording vocals for a producer from Regina SK. I’ll be featuring in his next album which I am very excited about!
I began taking dance lessons when I turned three. Over the years I have taken ballet, lyrical, hip hop, tap, jazz, musical theatre, and Song And Dance and performed in multiple competitions around Saskatchewan.
In 2017 I was accepted into a Model/ Talent Agency. Called MASALA Model & Talent. (Based in Saskatoon SK) I love acting and have taken many classes within this agency to improve my skills.
As a woman in her early 20’s, I feel as though it is time to truly take action and go after my dreams. Performing fills my heart with endless joy and it’s something I would love to share with others everyday as my career.
Something i’ve certainly learnt in my life thus far is to have a positive mind set and to believe in myself. These things specifically mean so much to me. By following them I continue to widen my horizons everyday and have gained so much confidence over the years.
If accepted I’m willing to put in 110%. I realize all the hard work that goes into these shows and I know I’ve got the work ethic and determination to make it happen.
