My name is Benedicta Asomaning, and I wear many hats — proudly so. I am an actress by passion and a multi-skilled professional by nature. Over the years, I’ve come to embrace every side of who I am: the storyteller, the administrator, the consultant, the sales strategist, and above all, a woman driven by purpose.
My journey in the entertainment industry has been one of steady growth and deep fulfillment. In 2022, I was honored to receive the Actress of the Year award at the Ghana Indigenous Awards — a milestone that affirmed not just my talent, but the heart and hard work I’ve poured into my craft. Acting has always been more than a role for me; it’s a way to connect, to move people, and to bring stories to life.
So far, I’ve had the privilege to star in six productions, each of them uniquely shaping my evolution as an actress. These include Stryke TV Series, Taken Campus Series, Seeing Beyond, and Celebrity Crush, as well as two exciting projects still under wraps: Leaked Voice Series Visualization and One Night Series. Each role has taught me something new — about the art, the audience, and myself.
I’ve also had the incredible opportunity to work with some of Ghana’s finest directors — Ivan Quashigah, Fred Junior, JMKAD, Mawuko Kuadji, and many others whose creative genius continues to inspire me. These collaborations have deepened my understanding of film, storytelling, and the power of visual art in our culture.
Beyond the screen, I thrive in diverse professional roles. I’ve worked in administrative support, led sales strategies as an executive, and served as a trusted consultant in land registration and search in Ghana. I take pride in being able to balance the creative with the corporate — each field sharpening my ability to communicate, to solve problems, and to lead with integrity.
My journey is one of embracing every opportunity with an open heart and a determined spirit. I believe in evolving, in staying curious, and in using every skill I have to make an impact — whether it's through a character I play or a client I support.
There’s still so much more ahead, and I’m excited for the chapters yet to come. This is only the beginning.
